Automatic identification system reads information from an electronic ear chip when a cow enters the milking parlor. The chip is attached to the ear of each cow and, when cow passing through identification antenna, spotted at the milking parlor entrance, or through breeding unit (if exists), sends signal on reader, which, in turn, sends message on computer, which identifies a cow.

“Milk Manager” software provides easy access for full info about milk yields, milking time, treatment data, cow sorting and their weight, monitors and manages all of the automatic systems of milking parlor. All data imports in illustrative tables and graphs, and operator have an option to add results of productiveness monitoring into a program. During all process of milking program manages and monitoring status of each cow during milking.

The program can fully manage and automate cow segregation processes. Cattle are sorted using robotic selection gates, and sorting schedule may be configured depending on user’s requirements, for example, regular flow separating or temporary separation of some cows in a specific direction.

Cow activity detection system, which is used to determine cows in "heat", also interacts with program. When a cow is determined as in "heat", selection gates may sort that cow automatically during adjusted by user milking.

Milking stall control panel displays a number of important indicators, like milk yield, milking time, SCC amount in each cow’s milk and much more. Milking machine has a visual milk stream control option through transparent collector’s cap. According to results of scientific researches, performed considering full cow’s lactation period, Dairymaster’s milking machine allows to receive 5% more milking yield comparing with others tested milking machines. Milking machine advantages determined by its components, which includes: specially designed collector, stainless steel cup sleeves and super elastic conical liners. The liner is exceptionally high in performance and reduced slippage among existing liner brands. Special liner’s conical form and elasticity, made of special material, provides such a milking regime, in which cap does not creep onto the teat base during milking, so teat channel isn’t pinched.

Milking machine provides stable vacuum during milking (42-44 kPa in underteat chamber) and reduces pressure in chill phase (under 18-20 kPa depending on milk’s stream). It increases milking speed and improves udder health.

Receiving bowls provides optimal position for milking machines during flushing. System is neatly hidden under cow’s stall. Receiving bowls have a hygienic design - they allow you to flush the liner both from the inside and outside. Self-closing lids prevent dirt ingress during milking.

Automatic milking machines removal system accurate and consistently tracks milk flow during milking. After milking is over, the vacuum is cut off and the milking machine is automatically disconnected from the cow's udder. System filling tank with water, then ejects it into milk duct at speed of 12-14 meters per second. Turbulent movement of water flow forms in milk ducts, which allows to effectively flush the milk ducts and milk receiver, minimizing flushing solution consumption.

Flushing machine provides regular high grade flushing of milking parlor. Flushing machine are fully-integrated and controls all the cycle of milking parlor flushing. Flushing machine allows to select different flushing cycles in one touch. The sequence of flushing cycles is fully adjustable, and can be easily configured to the user’s requirements. In that case you can adjust vacuum level, imitating udder sucking by a calf, resulting in:

  • Teat canal opens fully, providing best milk per second milking speed comparing with other equipment.
  • Reduces the risk of hyperkeratosis (thickening and coarsening of the teat), improves teat condition.
  • Cattle likes milking process. As a result, more oxytocin enters into cattle’s bloodstream, which allows to increase milk yield by 5% due to thorough milking.

Central management collector allows to control vacuum level, milk transport, power supply, communication, water supply, compressed air and connection to milk ducts through central control panel.

Automatic entrance gates ensure smooth and steady “Cow Rotary” load, free cow’s passage when they enter the platform, allows to pass only single cow, not allowing the second approach the reading antenna. Gates operates in such way that when cow, without a chip with an individual number, steps on platform, system recognizes that cow in order to avoid failure in the registration of milk yield.

Platform emergency stop system is designed to immediate platform stopping. When the emergency stop is activated, the platform will stop immediately. That kind of stops may be made if the cow is unable to enter or exit the platform. When the reason for the stop has been solved, the platform will remain its movement automatically.

Milking machine positioning bracket keeps the milking machine in an optimal position behind the cow, which makes milking machine installation process easier for operator, ensures free passage of cows on/from the platform and protects hoses from kinking.

Plate milk precoolers are made of stainless steel allows to cool milk in stream, even before arriving in cooling tank to 4 degrees Celsius. This is a perfect way to cool milk right after milking. Cooling efficient may be improved using both with milk stream regulator.

Cow restraint system descends behind the cow, preventing its eventual exit from the platform until the cow is completely milked. At the same time, “Cow Rotary” itself does not stop for the time required for the complete milking of the cow and its exit from the platform.
